Festival of Ukrainian Salo at ELO office

For many, many years, traditionally, in November and April, with the absolute support of all our colleagues, a delicious holiday is held.

Everyone tastes different varieties of the unique Ukrainian product “Salo”. While nutritional scientists are exploring the phenomenon of the taste of fresh lard, we are acting!

Everything was prepared instantly in the office: sandwiches with lard, canned cucumbers, onion, garlic, mustard… and off we go…

Due to the difficult economic situation in Ukraine, the holiday was supplemented with mini-doses of Ukrainian flavored vodka. At the request of colleagues, “Bloody Mary” was also performed. Overall, the holiday was very fun and interesting. All participants devoured lard and sang along to Ukrainian songs.

There was a wonderful atmosphere in the office. After such a fun and positive lunch, all our colleagues began to work with even greater courage, inspiration and effort.
